5. Subscription and Payments

5.1. Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

5.2. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis as selected.

5.3. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5.4. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5.5. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6.2. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6.3. Refunds are provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided you have not used the Service during this period.

6.4. Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7.2. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
